How to add another Guardian to a Dancer

1. login to app.icdrdance.com
2. Select Dancers (bottom navigation menu) or Profile > My Dancers
3. Select Expand on the dancer to which you wish to add a guardian
4. Select View Details
5. You will see the current guardians of the dancer
6. Select Add Guardian
7. Enter their name and email address
8. Check the box marked "I have reviewed and confirm my their information is accurate."
9. Select Confirm

The prospective guardian will receive an email from ICDR Notifications (notifications@vompetitivedancer.com) with the subject Invitation: Access {dancer_first_name}’s ICDR Profile and Media. They will then be able to Accept the invite. This will take the prospective guardian to ICDR. If they have not yet created an ICRD account they will do so now. Before the secondary guardian has accepted the invite you may stop the invite by navigating to the specific dancer, and selecting Decline.
