How to Claim or Create your Studio

To be done when creating a Studio Account OR when Selecting the Studio Owner/Rep role within your ICDR Account.

note: If you recently added the Studio Owner/Rep Role to your ICDR account select the Studio tab to list your studio(s).

 

How to Claim your Studio

  • Search for your studio from the current list we have at ICDR. (These studio's are listed as 'Verified')

  • If you are unable to find your studio try searching with fewer search terms, and variations of common terms ('&' or 'and', or 'Co.' and 'Company') 

If your studio does not exist in our database you can Add your studio to our Database:

Creating a Studio Manually

  1. Select Try Another Way
  2. Select Google Places Search
  3. Search for and Select your studio
  1. Select Try Another Way
  2. Select Create Manually
  3. Enter Studio Legal Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Website, and management software > Next
  4. Upload a Studio Logo (optional) . Skip or Next
  5.  Enter Street Address, City, Country, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code > Next
  6. Add additional addresses necessary > Next
    • note: If you have multiple locations which compete separately, please create a separate entry for each location
    • note: If you have a studio address which is different from your legal documentation please include both
  7. Enter details about the Studio Rep (if different from yourself) > Next

Once Completed continue with the steps below

 

Once you have selected your studio OR provided details to create a new one:

  1. Verify Your Studio email
    1. Enter Your Studio Email - You will be sent a code
    2. Provide that code - Submit
  2. Verify you studio link via documentation
    1. Upload up to 3 documents to verify your affiliation with a studio:
      1. Business License or Operating Permit
      2. Certification of Liability Insurance
      3. Articles of Incorporation (listing yourself as the Director/Officer)
      4. Commercial Lease (first and signature pages)
      5. Recent Studio Utility Bill
      6. Redacted Payroll or Tax Record (redact sensitive financial data and/or SSN's)

The document(s) uploaded must include: 

  • Your name
  • Business name
  • Business Address

and be current /valid

Once complete the application will be reviewed by our support team. Expect a response within 2 business days.
