Do I need to create an account for my dancer(s)?

No. A login account is only required for someone who wants to sign in to manage information.

As a Parent/Guardian, you can manage all details for your dancer(s) without creating a separate account for them.

If you would like to create a login account, you can do so at:
app.icdrdance.com/signup


I’m seeing error 76927204 or being told my email address is invalid

This usually happens when a Parent/Guardian accidentally enters their dancer’s date of birth when creating an account.

If this occurs, the system treats the account as belonging to a minor and expects a different email address to be invited as the Parent/Guardian. If you then enter your own email again, it will be rejected.

What to do:
Please contact support, and we will reset the date of birth so you can complete your account setup.


Do I need to upload a photo of my dancer?

No. Uploading a photo is optional.

Photos are only used to help you visually identify and organize dancers within your account.


Do I have to set up a Passkey or Authenticator?

We offer three Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) options to help keep your account secure.

You must set up at least one method.
We recommend setting up two methods as a backup.


I can’t find my studio

Try the following tips:

  • Use fewer search terms
  • Try searching with and without punctuation
  • After typing your search, press Enter or tap the search icon

Note: “Done” or ✓ will not trigger the search.


I can’t verify my ID using the automated system

To improve your chances of successful verification:

  • Enter your full legal name exactly as it appears on your ID
    • First Name: include your first and middle name(s) (no spaces)
    • Last Name: include all last names (with spaces)
  • Place your ID on a flat surface in a well-lit area (natural light i.e. sunlight works best)
  • Use a contrasting background (e.g., light ID on a dark surface)
  • Keep your device steady (rest it on a surface or ask someone to help if needed)

Additional tips:

  • The app will automatically take the photo once the ID is recognized
  • Scanning the back of your ID may take slightly longer—please be patient

I am a studio owner and want to verify my studio

At this time, studio verification is not required.

We will be releasing tools for studio owners in the near future. In the meantime, you’re welcome to learn more and share ICDR with your families.
