How To Add a Dancer

Brief Overview of the Process

  1. Login to app.icdrdance.com
  2. Select Add Dancers
  3. Select Add Dancer
  4. Enter the Dancer's Date of Birth > Next
  5. If the Dancer is a minor, you will next need to accept the Guardian Consent for Minor Participation
  6. Add the dancer's details > Next
    1. Name (required)
    2. Gender (required)
    3. Number of years competing
  7. Upload a Photo (optional)
    1. This photo is only used in ICDR for you to see and keep your dancers organized
  8. Associate the dancer with a Studio
    1. Search for and attach a studio at which the dancer participates
      1. Note: When searching be sure to enter the search terms then press 'enter' or tap the search icon. The checkmark and 'done' do not initiate the search
    2. If your dancer is not affiliated with any studio check the box marking them as independent
    3. If you cannot find your studio you may temporarily set your dancer as independent and find the studio at a later date
  9. Review and confirm the dancer details
