How To Create a Parent / Guardian Account at ICDR

The process in brief

1. Visit app.icdrdance.com
2. Click Sign Up
3. Enter your Date of Birth (do not enter a dancer’s date of birth)
4. Enter your email address
5. Enter a password you will remember
6. Read and Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
7. Click Sign Up
8. Check your email
9. Click Verify Email Address from the email (this will open the website in your browser)
10. Enter your First and Last name → Next
11. Select a Security Option from one available (availability will vary by region). You may skip this step by selecting Next, but will need to select an option within 1 week. You may visit these third-party links for more details about Passkey and Authenticator Security 
     
    1. Phone Number
       Enter your number, a code will be sent to that number each time you wish to sign in 
    2. Passkey
       A passkey will be generated by your browser / password manager and saved
    3. Authenticator
       1. Add icdrdance.com as a site using your authenticator app of choice
       2. Enter the given 6 digit code
           
12. Select Next
13. Select Parent or Legal Guardian
14. Confirm Your Identity (see steps below)

Confirming Your Identity

(using a desktop/laptop device)
 

1. Select Start ID Verification →  Continue
2. Read and Review Policy and Terms and Conditions → Continue
3. Start Verification
4. Verify Now
5. Enter your Information, exactly as it appears on your ID
   1. If you have more than 1 first name, include all your first names in the First Name Field without a spaces
   2. If you have more than 1 last name, include all your last names in the Last Name Field with spaces
6. Complete the CAPTCHA (enter the words in the image)
7. You will now be asked to transition this process to a mobile device. You are now given a QR code, and a ‘share’ link. Either
   1. Scan the QR code on your mobile device to continue
   2. Send the share link to yourself and open it on your mobile device to continue
8. Continue with the steps below from Step 7

(whilst using a mobile device)

1. Select Start ID Verification → Continue
2. Read and Review Policy and Terms and Conditions → Continue
3. Start Verification
4. Verify Now
5. Enter your Information, exactly as it appears on your ID
   1. If you have more than 1 first name, include all your first names in the First Name Field without a spaces
   2. If you have more than 1 last name, include all your last names in the Last Name Field with spaces
6. Complete the CAPTCHA (enter the words in the image)
7. Scan your ID
   1. In a well-lit room, preferably sunlight
   2. Place the ID on a contrasting flat surface
   3. The app will take the image automatically (no button required)
   4. The app may ask for an image of the back of the ID.
8. Once complete you will be taken to the www.icdrdance.com and logged in as a Parent/Guardian. If you started on a laptop/desktop it will ask you to close the mobile device and continue on your computer.
    

The process with images

1. Visit app.icdrdance.com
2. Click Sign Up

5. Provide Login information:
   1. Enter your email address and a password you will remember OR
   2. Sign in with an AppleID - this will take you to an AppleID sign in page, you can sign in using your AppleID Credentials.
6. Read and Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
7. Click Sign Up

8. Check your email

   

9. Click Verify Email Address from the email (this will open the website in your browser)

   

10. Enter your First and Last name → Next

11. Select a Security Option from one available (availability will vary by region). You may skip this step by selecting Next, but will need to select an option within 1 week. You may visit these third-party links for more details about Passkey and Authenticator Security
