If you want to see the ICDR roster of dancers grow to include you whole studio you can make it easier for your families to add dancers by inviting them. This will allow them to skip the 'Add a Studio' portion, as they will be automatically added to your studio.
From your Dashboard select the Studio
When viewing the list of dancers select the button: Share My Studio Link
The result will depend on what browser you are using. You can now share the link with your families. If they follow the link provided they will land at the ICDR Sign Up / Sign In Page. If they Sign Up or Sign in when they add a dancer to their account that dancer will automatically be associated with your Studio.
